♦ The order cancellation will NOT be accepted after the item has been shipped.

 

R E T U R N S

♦ The retail product (sold by individual box(s) if it non defective and undamaged, must be mailed within 7 days (from a delivery date) and will be refunded minus the original shipping cost to Buyer. (Shipping companies do not refund the postage charge.) The product should contain no less than 3/4 of the content. Buyer pays the shipping back.

♦ Wholesale product (sold by carton(s) also must be mailed within 7 days and will be refunded minus the original shipping to Buyer. (Shipping companies do not refund the postage charge.)

♦ The returned wholesale product must be sealed in their original case, new, unopened and with no damages to the carton/case to be eligible for a refund.

♦ Inspection of the returned items will be done in the presence of the independent inspector with a video recording.

♦ Returns takes no more than 5 days to process.

♦ Please request a RMA number within 5 days (from a delivery date) before returning the item by email and confirm by phone call to be sure that we received your email. (561-254-8149)

♦ We DO NOT resell returned hygienic products FOR YOUR SAFETY.

♦ You will receive a full refund only for damaged or defective items.

♦ If you receive damaged product due to the shipping box damage, please submit a Damaged Mail Report with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) as the proof for the insurance purpose. Please mail, fax or email the copy of the report to us to be eligible for a full refund.
